Format PowerPoint slides uniformly - how it works
To make your presentation appear clearer, you should format your PowerPoint slides consistently. In this practical tip, we will tell you how to do this.
PowerPoint: Format slides uniformly - so it'll work
So that the slides in your presentation are clearer and easier to read, you should format them as follows:
- Design: Use only one design for all slides for your presentation. You should make sure that this foil design is kept simple.
- Font: You should use a uniform font and size throughout the presentation. Headlines of slides can of course be displayed larger.
- Also note that the line spacing and the alignment of the text are set correctly on all slides. You can check this in the "Start"> "Font" or "Paragraph" tab.
- You can support your presentation with graphics and animations. However, graphics and animations should not take over.
- To ensure the legibility of the transparencies, you should avoid running text. Instead, provide the slides with meaningful keywords.
