PowerPoint offers four different types of views. However, no variant has a function to open two slides of your presentation for editing side by side. We will nevertheless tell you a way how you can have two slides displayed side by side on your PC.
- Start PowerPoint and open the two presentations that you want to compare. This can also be the same document if you only want to match two slides from one file.
- After you have opened your desired presentations, click on the "Arrange all" button in the menu bar under "View" (see screenshot). With this command all your presentations are arranged side by side in a window with the normal view.
- If you have a version of PowerPoint prior to PowerPoint 2010, you can call this function under "Window" and "Arrange all".
- With this type of presentation, you can open any number of presentations separately and still juxtapose individual slides.
