Prime Wardrobe is an exclusive Amazon service for Prime customers, available in Germany, Austria and the United States. We will introduce you to the details and tell you what to consider.
Prime Wardrobe: Easier shopping for clothes and shoes
Amazon promises its Prime customers a simplified purchase of clothing and shoes. Items that can be ordered through Prime Wardrobe are identified by the Prime Wardrobe logo. How the service works:
- Choose between two and six items and order them free of charge.
- After delivery, you have a week to try on the products.
- Decide which items you want to return or keep.
- For free returns, Amazon will provide you with shipping packaging and an already prepaid return label upon delivery. You hand in the return to your nearest DHL branch.
- You are only now paying for the parts you keep.
Further regulations for the Amazon service
There are several points you should know before ordering:
- You cannot order two or more identical items, such as the same size or color.
- Only one wardrobe order can be placed at a time. The next order is only possible when the previous order process has been completed - either by return or by payment.
- If you do not specify which items you would like to return under "My orders" in your customer account before the 7-day trial period, the full invoice amount will be debited from your bank or credit card account after one week.
- Good to know: You can still return items after the seven-day period. The statutory right of withdrawal and Amazon's 30-day return guarantee continue to apply.
