- The battery of the controller may be empty. Therefore, connect it to the console using a USB cable. Let the controller charge for several hours.
- If there is no reaction when connecting the USB cable, either the USB port or the cable is defective.
- In this case, you can replace the USB cable or choose another USB port.
- Make sure that you use the original USB cable. Other cables may not be accepted by the controller.
- Pressing the reset button on the bottom of the controller may also resolve this error.
- Press and hold this button for several seconds. If the controller shows no sign of life, there may be a defect and you should replace it.
