Cleaning the PS3 controller - a guide
Over time, dust and dirt accumulate in a PS3 controller. We will show you how to properly clean the controller.
Cleaning the PS3 controller: preparation and instructions
- If you open your controller, the warranty expires. If you don't have two left hands, nothing can really happen when cleaning.
- You need a suitable Phillips screwdriver to open the controller. A microfiber cloth is recommended for cleaning. If necessary, a slightly damp household paper will do the trick.
- When dismantling, make sure that you put all screws aside in an orderly manner. Components that belong to each other should also not be separated.
- Be careful with sharp objects. The circuit board must never be scratched or damaged in any way.
