Send in your PS4 and have it repaired
Before submitting your PlayStation 4, you should first contact PSN customer service for help. If this cannot help you, you have to send in your PS 4:
- To do this, open the Sony Hardware Support website.
- Then select "PlayStation 4 and Accessories" and then "PlayStation 4".
- Then you have to enter the serial number of your PS4 and click on "Send".
- Now you have to fill out a form with your personal data, a description of the error and the desired pick-up day.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an email with the service form, which you must put in the box.
- On the day of collection, the parcel carrier rings your bell, creates the delivery note and then takes the parcel with you. If you are not to be found, you will find the delivery note in your mailbox and you have to bring the package to the post office yourself.
- Your console will now be repaired or replaced and finally sent back to you.
