PS4: Stream Twitch - Here's how

You can only watch a Twitch stream on the PS4 in Germany in a roundabout way. We'll show you the options.

Note: This practical tip deals with watching Twitch streams. If you want to start your own Twitch stream on PS4, you will find it in another article.

• The Twitch app has been available in the United States since the end of 2015, but not yet in Germany. Nobody currently knows when exactly the app will be available in Europe.
• To download the app anyway, just create a new PSN account on PlayStation. Enter the USA as the region and download the app from the store. You can then switch back to the old profile.
• Alternatively, you can also wait a few weeks or months until the app is also available in Germany. Until then, you can also see Twitch streams in the PS4 browser. The chat is not available here.
