Be sure to check the following on the Internet:
- eBay classifieds: The offer is huge - and sometimes consoles are also given away here. Enter "PS4 Console" as the search term, otherwise games and accessories will also be displayed. - Focus classified ads: With a little luck you can also dust off a PS4 with the classified ads from Focus. The search term here is "give away PS4 console". If you search nationwide, the chance of a hit increases - consoles are easy to ship.
- Quoka: The way to the console gifts at Quoka is under the heading "Everything possible" and here "Offer free of charge". Again, you do not have to limit the search using the zip code or perimeter filter.
- Kalaydo.de: The Kalaydo.de platform is less frequented. The offer is smaller, but the chance of a free console is greater: there are fewer searchers who snatch a free offer from your nose. After entering the search term, filter by "Price" and "To give away, the bargains will be displayed.

Submitting an application yourself on the platforms mentioned increases the chance of success.
- However, it is also worthwhile to have a look around among friends and acquaintances - especially among families with young children. If a new console has just been purchased, the old model may be given away among friends.
- If you have a lot of Facebook friends, the number of possible contacts increases. Post your search for a free PS4, you may get a positive answer.
