Return at Wish: address, costs and all information
You will surely find a bargain or two on Wish. With some products, however, it is simply a shame about the money. You can find out how the return of your order works here.
Wish return: You should know that
Wish itself is not a dealer, just a kind of marketplace. So when you shop through Wish, you're actually doing business with different retailers. Therefore, not only are returns processed individually, there is also no general return address.
- If you want to return a product from Wish, first go to wish.com and log in with your account.
- Move the mouse pointer over your name in the top right corner and then click on »Order history«.
- Here you will find an overview of all the items you have ordered through Wish. Find the product you want to send back from the list and then click on "Contact Support".
- Now a new window opens in which the "Wish Support Assistant" welcomes you. Answer the questions here by clicking on one of the answer options.
- Simply follow the instructions here and answer all questions carefully. In some cases, Wish requests a photo of evidence - a cell phone photo is enough.
- After you have finished talking to the support assistant, you will receive feedback in the next few days. In the case of cheap items, you usually get your money back using the original payment method. You will probably have to return high-priced goods.
- Who pays the shipping costs for the return depends on the seller. If you have to bear the costs yourself, you should clarify whether the value of the goods justifies the price for the return shipment.
