Rainbow Six Siege: The game modes at a glance
In Rainbow Six Siege you can face numerous challenges in various game modes. We show you the modes in this practical tip.
Rainbow Six Siege's multiplayer modes
You can tackle four different modes with friends and strangers in Rainbow Six Siege. Three of them are played player against player (PVP), in the fourth you stand alone or together against computer opponents (PVE).
- Hostage (PVP): A team tries to find and free a hostage in a building, while the defending team does everything it can to stop the attackers.
- Secure area (PVP): The defending team has hidden dangerous goods in a room. The attackers must enter this space and secure it by staying in it for ten seconds.
- Bomb (PVP): The defenders placed two bombs, one of which the attackers must find and defuse. Alternatively, you can also completely shut down the defending team.
- Terrorist Hunt (PVE): You fight alone or with up to four team members against the computer-controlled terrorists of the White Mask. Random missions are created from building blocks, which always present you with new challenges.
Rainbow Six Siege's single player mode
Rainbow Six Siege clearly focuses on multiplayer, but you can also play the terrorist hunt alone. There is also a special practice mode for single players: In the so-called situations, you should get to know the individual facets of Rainbow Six Siege. So that this is not just tutorial, you can play this mode "realistically" as you like.
During your missions you will meet different teams and operators. We present the classes of Rainbow Six Siege in detail.
