Right click in iPad Safari - how it works
There is no classic right click on the iPad. However, the context menu for the Safari browser can be opened by a different trick. We'll tell you how it works.
Right click in the iPad Safari
The right mouse click known from computer operating systems opens a context menu, for example to save pictures, copy lines of text or open links in the new tab. In Safari on the iPad or iPhone, you can call up such functions as follows:
- Touch the image, text, or link for which you want to right-click options. Keep your finger on the screen until the desired context menu appears.
- Now you can easily save images or copy lines of text and hyperlinks and paste them back anywhere.
- Incidentally, this works exactly the same in iOS Chrome, only here you get some other functions in the context menu.
