Reddit down? Here's how to find out
If you can no longer access Reddit, the page could be down. But errors in your internet connection or your browser can also be responsible. On this page we show you how you can check whether Reddit is down or the error is yours.
Reddit down or not? How to take the test
- The "IsItDownRightNow" website regularly checks whether a website is no longer accessible and logs all downtimes. If you search for Reddit yourself on the website, the provider checks the current status of Reddit.
- You will then be shown with a green "UP" that the website is currently available. Otherwise, a red "Down" or "404" indicates that the website cannot currently be reached.
Can't access Reddit?
If Reddit is not down, but you still cannot access the page, these steps will help:
- First, test whether you can go to the Reddit homepage.
- Then check whether your Internet is working and whether there are any WLAN problems.
- If that doesn't help either, you should reset your browser: To do this, use the instructions for Firefox, for Chrome and for Internet Explorer.
