- If you drink too little, there is a risk of malfunctions and even diseases that can be associated with pain and permanent impairments.
- If you sweat a lot or do sports in summer, drinking water is necessary so that the circulation does not collapse.

So you drink properly
Opinions regarding the amount of water a person should consume each day vary widely. Between 1.5 and 2 liters is the most common answer.
- In fact, a lot of water is absorbed through food (around 700 milliliters per day). Accordingly, the amount of water you need to drink to drink is not as high.
- The best thing to do, however, is to listen to your body: if you are thirsty, you should drink, because at these moments your body definitely needs fluid.
- Do not drink on principle, although a glass of water in the morning makes sense.
- Children and seniors can use your support. You often do not really feel your thirst.
- Prefer tap water to water from plastic bottles. This reduces the risk of ingesting toxins and microplastics.
