Rogue Legacy: These bosses do exist
In this practical tip, we introduce you to the different bosses from Rogue Legacy and give you tips with which you can defeat them.
Rogue Legacy: Khidr
Khidr is the first and easiest boss you will come across in the Rogue Legacy game. It is located in the Castle Zone:
- Khidr shoots projectiles in a circle. You should avoid these bullets. The best way to do this is to distance yourself from Khdir.
- Choose a class with a lot of life for the boss. The Barbarian and the Paladin are particularly good choices.
- The Shinobi is also suitable. Only attack Khidr when he has just fired his projectiles. You can then hit him three or four times.
Rogue Legacy: Alexander
Boss Alexander awaits you in the forest zone. The giant skull is not so easy to kill:
- Alexander will chase you all the time and also spawn smaller monsters. Don't be caught!
- Attack him when he's channeling a spell. Again, you only have a small window of time.
- The Spellthief is recommended as a class, since it regenerates mana and can thus continuously cast its magic.
Rogue Legacy: Boss Ponce de Leon
You will meet the burning skull Ponce de Leon in the tower zone:
- Ponce de Leon will also follow you all the time. He also shoots fireballs across the room.
- You should attack Ponce de Leon when he is conjuring up his fireballs and is therefore not chasing you. Strike two or three times and then run away.
- Classes with a lot of life, such as the Barbarian or the Paladin, are well suited for combat. But the Hokage with its high attack damage can also help you.
Rogue Legacy: Herodotus
One of the heaviest bosses is Herodotus. This big blue slime will put you to the test:
- Herodotus must be killed several times. If you have defeated him, he will burst into 32 smaller slime monsters that you have to kill. Herodotus can jump far, so be prepared for anything!
- We recommend classes that can attack several opponents at once - for example the Spellthief or the Mage.
- The new slime monsters split up in the room. Kill one side and then the other.
