RunKeeper: Record activity - how it works
With the popular GPS fitness app RunKeeper, you can record your sports activities. In this practical tip we will show you how.
RunKeeper: Start and save the workout
Download the app as an Android or iOS version if you have not yet installed it.
- Open the RunKeeper app.
- In the taskbar of the app tap on "Start".
- Depending on whether you have changed your language in the settings, the "Go running" or "Go running" button appears here.
- If you prefer to "cycle" instead of "running", tap the pen icon to the right of the button. Change the activity here.
- Start the activity by clicking on the "Go Run" button.
- RunKeeper now measures your speed and your calorie consumption. Once you stop the activity, tap on "Stop".
- When the activity is complete, tap "Yes, I'm done".
- You can then "save" the activity at the top right.
