Safari: Set Google as your homepage - how it works
This practical tip shows you how to set the Google search engine as the start page of the Safari browser.
To change the home page in Safari:
- Open Safari on your computer.
- Click on the gray gear icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
- In the "General" tab you will find the "Homepage" item. Enter the corresponding address "google.de" in the text field there.
- Close the settings window. The next time you start Safari, Google will appear as the homepage.
