You can simply uninstall plugins that are no longer required or faulty from Safari. In this practical tip, we explain how to do it.
Uninstall plugins from Safari
- In Safari you will see a gear icon in the top right. Select this and click on "Settings" in the context menu.
- A new window will appear. Change here to the "Extensions" tab.
- On the left side, select the plugin you want to uninstall.
- Additional information about the extension now appears on the right.
- There you will also find the "Uninstall" button. Click on it.
- Safari asks you if you really want to remove the add-on. Confirm the action with "Uninstall".
