Samsung divides its smartphone models into classes with different performance and equipment features. We show you the difference between the Samsung Galaxy series "S" and "A".
Samsung Galaxy S and A: the difference
The Samsung Galaxy S is the manufacturer's flagship, while the A-Class impresses with its good price-performance ratio. In the following points we show you the most fundamental differences between the two series.
- Samsung Galaxy S: The S-Class consists of the latest high-end technology and shines with its chic design. Samsung has been using particularly high-contrast AMOLED displays in its Galaxy S models.
- The series also impresses with its computing speed. The Exynos processor developed by Samsung is always one of the fastest in its class.
- The S-Class camera is very good and doesn't have to hide from the competition.
- As a user of a Samsung Galaxy S, you only have to plug in the battery life. Due to the high performance of the device, the lithium battery quickly loses power.
- Samsung Galaxy A: At least in design, the two versions of the Samsung Galaxy do not differ significantly. Noble materials such as glass and aluminum can be found in both.
- The processor works slower than that in the current flagship and the camera quality also lags behind the A-Class. Similar to the mini models of the time, the A-Class is usually smaller.
- However, those who value high battery life are well served with the A-Class, which is often much higher than that of the S-Class. This is not least due to the lower performance.
