Samsung Galaxy S4 no longer comes on - you can do that

Galaxy S4 no longer works: Remove the battery
In some cases it can help to completely disconnect the device from the power supply for a while.
- Open the battery cover of your Samsung device and remove the battery.
- After about a minute, reinsert the battery and try to switch on the device by pressing the power button for 10 to 20 seconds.
Galaxy S4 is deeply discharged
If the cell phone's battery is completely discharged, i.e. there is no residual voltage, this is referred to as deep discharge.
- Charge the Galaxy S4 for at least an hour.
- Now try to switch on your cell phone as described above.
Reset Samsung Galaxy S4
Even if the smartphone is no longer working, you can perform a hard reset using the few buttons. The device is reset to the factory settings. Note: all your personal settings and data will be lost in this step.
- Press and hold the volume up, power, and home buttons at the same time until the Android logo appears on the screen.
- Release all buttons and then press the volume down button to select "wipe data / factory reset". Press the home button to confirm.
- Your device will be reset and then restart.
