- The battery may be defective. Therefore, connect the tablet to the power and then try to start it.
- If the tablet does not charge then there may be a defect in the cable. So replace it.
- In some cases it also helps if you hold down the [Power] switch for several seconds. Before performing this step, however, you should connect the tablet to the charging cable for a few minutes.
- You can try to restore Samsung Galaxy Tab on PC. Connect it to the PC via USB and open Kies. The tablet should be recognized there.
- Alternatively, you can also use the recovery mode to reset the Galaxy Tab.
- If these tips are unsuccessful, the defect may be more serious and you should replace the device.
- If there are still warranty claims on the device, you should request it. You usually have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is recommended as proof.
