Samsung Push Service stopped on Android: You can do that
- If the error message "Samsung Push Service stopped" appears on your Android smartphone, you should first switch off the device and - if possible - remove the battery.
- Restart your smartphone or tablet after about 30 seconds and observe whether the message appears again.
- Also check that you have the latest version of Android available for your device. If this is not the case, update your smartphone or tablet.
- If none of this helps, open the settings on your mobile device and navigate to the "Application Manager".
- Look for the entry "Samsung Push Service" in the list.
- Under "Samsung Push Service", tap "Clear cache". You may need to select "Storage" beforehand.
- As a last resort, you can reset and delete your smartphone. In this way, all data and settings are removed and common errors are remedied.
If even a reset is unsuccessful, you should contact Samsung customer service.
