If your Samsung tablet or smartphone is defective, you can contact the repair service online. This practical tip shows you where you can reach it.
How to contact the Samsung repair service
- Go to the Samsung repair service support website.
- Before you can contact the repair service, you must register. If you are already registered, log in with your user data. Otherwise, click on "Free registration". Enter your personal data in the next window and confirm with "Login".
- Now you can see your order list in the online repair service. To add a new order, click on "New order" in the top right corner.
- Now enter your product including serial number in the fields. You can usually find this on the back of a sticker above the barcode. You must also provide the date of purchase and a description of the problem.
- Then send the order with "Submit". According to Samsung, you will receive an answer within one working day.
