- Some keyboard shortcuts can be found on pushbuttons. You can recognize this by the fact that a single letter is underlined in the inscription. To select this function, press the key combination [Alt] + the respective letter. This enables you to activate the buttons in dialog boxes.
- Open the "Properties" for previously selected elements with [Alt] + [Enter].
- With [Page up] you can move the content of the model window further down.
- And with [image down] the content of the model window is then moved up.
- Pressing [F2] marks the marked object for editing.
- The [F5] key updates the current view with regard to changes in the database.
- To switch the card mode on or off, simply press the [F6] key.
- Pressing [CTRL] + [C] copies the selected elements to the intermediate system.
Further shortscuts for the use of SAP
- You start a test of the program by pressing the [F7] key.
- If you want to adjust the attributes of selected elements, simply press the [F8] key.
- The menu bar can be activated or deactivated with [F10].
- If you press the [-] button on the numpad, the model is reduced by 10%.
- With [+] on the Numbad you enlarge the model again by 10%.
- The [*] key on the numpad also places the entire model or selected objects in the visible area.
- Use the key combination [CTRL] + [A] to mark all elements of the program.
- Before you close the program, you should save your changes by pressing the [CTRL] + [S] keys.
- Finally, you can exit the program with [Alt] + [F4].
