Shpock: Buyer doesn't answer - you can do that
You have sold an item through Shpock but the buyer no longer reports? In this article you can read what you can do to get your money.
Shpock: Help if the buyer doesn't respond
If the buyer has not responded to your contact attempts, Shpock support will help you.
- You can reach the flea market support in writing by email at or by Facebook.
- The employees are available by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 069/80 92 60 79.
- Describe your problem and notify Support in addition to your username, the item in question and the name of the buyer.
- Inform the employees about your contact attempts and ask for mediation between you and the buyer.
- They will contact your contractual partner and restrict their Shpock account if there is no response in a timely manner.
- If the buyer does not respond to the support attempts, he will be completely blocked from the flea market after a while.
- Customer service will then release your item for sale again or even set it up again for you if you wish.
In another article we explain how you can delete your Shpock account.
