Shpock: Seller doesn't answer - you can do that
You bought an item from Shpock but the seller no longer reports? In this article you can read what you can do to receive your goods or get your money back.
Shpock: Seller doesn't answer - you can do that
If the seller has not contacted you about your attempts to contact you, contact Shpock Support:
- Customer support is available by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 069/80 92 60 79.
- You can also contact support in writing: by email at or on Facebook.
- Inform the support about your contact attempts and ask for mediation between you and the seller.
- Explain your problem and tell Shpock staff along with your username, the item in question, and the name of the seller.
- Shpock will contact your contractual partner and limit the seller's account if there is no prompt response. If the seller does not respond to this, he will be blocked.
Shpock: seller has already received the money - what to do?
In the best case, you have agreed to "pay upon collection" and have not suffered any financial damage.
- If you have paid the amount via PayPal and have not received any goods, you can use PayPal Buyer Protection.
- If you have transferred the money in advance, it is not so easy to get the money back.
- If all contact attempts fail and the seller does not transfer the money back to you, you can file a complaint about fraud.
