Silverlight cannot be installed - you can do that
If you get the message "Silverlight cannot be installed" during installation, you can solve the problem relatively quickly. We'll show you how it's done.

- First, restart your computer. This clears smaller and larger errors in the buffer. In some cases, a simple restart will solve the problem.
- Make sure that you want to install a current version of Silverlight. To do this, download the latest version of Silverlight.
Silverlight: Solve installation problems
- Download the following Microsoft repair tool and run the file.
- If you click the "Next" button, problems with Silverlight are automatically searched for.
- If a problem is found, Windows tries to solve it automatically.
- If Silverlight was previously installed on your computer, you will be offered to uninstall and reinstall it.
- Microsoft Silverlight should be running again at the latest.
