Simply contact customer service by email and hotline
Whether you are already a Simply customer or are interested in a contract with the mobile operator, you can contact customer service at any time. You can reach the company's employees in several ways:
- Telephone: If you have technical problems or questions about existing contracts, use the number 06181 70 83 010, which is available around the clock every day. If you would like to conclude a contract with Simply, on the other hand, call 06181 70 83 011. Your calls are answered here from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
