No Internet with Simyo - network malfunction
There may currently be a major fault in the Simyo network:
- In the Allestault.de portal, users can report if they have problems with reception at Simyo.
- If many users have reported that they are currently experiencing problems, it is very likely that there is currently a problem.
- In this case, you can find out more on the Simyo website whether there is currently a malfunction.
- However, if there are comparatively few messages, there may currently be no major disruption in the Simyo network. In this case you should read on in the next paragraph.
No Internet check with Simyo settings
- If there is no network fault at Simyo, the fault may be yours, which is why you should check the settings.
- First restart your cell phone. This often helps the quickest.
- Then take a look at the top half of the screen. Your current network is displayed there.
- You may not be on Simyo's best network. If there is an "H" for the HSDPA network, you are connected to the fastest network.

- To ensure that you are always connected to the best network, open "Settings"> "Mobile networks". There you will find the settings for the mobile network under "Preferred network type". The "Auto" setting must be preset here.
- Another reason why you don't have internet: You have used up your data volume or your flat rate has expired.
- In addition, you should ensure that the APN settings for Simyo are set correctly.
- If the internet still does not work, you should contact Simyo directly.
