Sky: Submit a complaint - how it works
If you are not satisfied with Sky’s offer or service, you can file a complaint with customer service. We'll show you how it's done.
Instructions: Submit a complaint to Sky
- Open the following Sky website and choose between "For prospects" or "For Sky customers" above.
- If you are a Sky customer, you should also log in with your customer number and four-digit PIN.
- If you narrow down your topic, you will then be shown all available contact options.
- Here you have the choice between the hotline or the email form.
- If you use the written route by email, you should receive an answer after two days at the latest.
