- Make sure that the antenna cable is properly connected to the cable socket and the receiver.
- The cable must be intact and undamaged.
- A storm may currently be causing problems when receiving Sky. In such a case, try again later.
- A restart of the Sky receiver can quickly remedy the situation. Disconnect the receiver from the mains for about three minutes before switching it on again.
- A cable or plug may be defective. Therefore, check all cables of the receiver for damage.
