Reasons and solutions for printing on Sky Go
There can be various reasons that are responsible for the image jerking on Sky Go. In most cases, you can solve the problem yourself.
- The most common reason for jerking is that the connection to the Internet is too slow. If you use a connection via WLAN, you should try a more stable connection via a LAN cable.
- Sky itself recommends an internet connection of at least 1 Mbit / s in the download. For HD content, the speed should be at least 6 Mbit / s. Run a DSL speed test to see how fast your connection to the internet is.
- Regardless of whether on the smartphone or on the PC, the picture jerks at Sky Go, a restart can do a lot. Switch the device off completely and then on again.
- If the problem persists, you should simply reinstall the app or software. Instructions for the uninstallation can be found here for Windows and Mac OS. Then download the latest version of Sky Go.
- If you use Sky Go on the TV, your HDMI cable may be damaged. Just try another cable. If your TV has different connection options, it is best to try out several variants.
- A problem with the graphics card is much less likely. If you have really tried everything, you can reinstall your graphics card and update the drivers.
- Malware infection can also cause the problem in rare cases. As a precaution, check your PC for viruses, for example with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware tool.

If the steps above did not work, you should contact Sky directly.
- First, check if there is a problem with Sky. If this is the case, you should be patient until the disturbance is over. In this case, customer service cannot help you either.
