Even if the cause of error 218 does not appear to be known yet, you can probably do something about it. Try one of the following tips:
- Sky Go is overloaded, especially when there is a high volume of users, such as in Bundesliga games. The servers often do not respond, you cannot log in or the video quality is very poor. In this case, simply try again or wait a moment.
