Send Sky Receiver back - how it works
If you want to send your Sky Receiver back, this is usually not a problem. The process only needs to be discussed with customer service first. In this practical tip, we will tell you how best to proceed.
Send Sky Receiver back - that's what you have to do
If there is a problem with your Sky hard disk recorder, you can send it back to Sky:
- Before returning your receiver to Sky, contact Sky customer service and describe the situation.
- If customer service has arranged for a return, you can create the return slip you require here.
- For this you need your customer number and your address. You then have to print the shipping labels you need, which you then stick on the package.
- Then use the old packaging of your receiver and pack all devices and documents as well as cables.
- You can find out which parts were included in the manual. If you have packed everything properly, make sure that the package is well sealed and stuck with the shipping labels.
- You can then simply and conveniently return the package to your post office. There are no costs for you.
