Sky search for stations failed - that helps
- To ensure that stations can also be found via the search, you have to set the receiver correctly.
- Therefore, make sure that you have connected all cables correctly and that all connections are properly seated.
- You also need to use the smart card provided so that stations can be found.
- If you are searching via satellite, you may have to adjust the satellite dish differently.
- To rule out a defect in the cable used, you should replace it as a test.
- Note: Connect all cables directly and without detours or additional adapters to the receiver.
- Find out from your caretaker or landlord whether you have a digital connection.
- If this is not the case, it must first be ordered from your cable provider. Your caretaker or landlord will then take care of it.
Alternatively, you can contact Sky customer service. Your receiver may then be replaced.
