If you no longer need your Sky Ticket after the trial period or after a long period of use, you should delete your account. In this practical tip you can read how to do this and what you have to consider.
Delete the Sky Ticket account yourself
First you can try to delete your Sky Ticket account yourself. You can do this easily using your user account. However, only if you do not currently have an active subscription.
- Log in to the Sky website with your user data.
- Call up the account settings or the account overview .
- Scroll down until you see the "Delete Account" button and click on it.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and all associated data.
Have it deleted by support
Some Sky customers report that their account cannot be deleted easily because the corresponding option is not available in the user account. In this case, you must contact Sky Support and ask them to delete it.
- The easiest way to contact support is via the online form. Enter your customer number and e-mail address here and select "Termination & Revocation" as the topic.
- Explain that you want to have your Sky Ticket account and all associated data deleted. Also ask for confirmation of the process.
- Alternatively, you can also send an e-mail to the address and describe your request.
