Reset Sky Ticket device list: how it works
With Sky Ticket you can easily reset your full device list. This removes the maximum of four registered devices and creates space for new ones. We'll show you how to reset the device list.
How to reset the Sky Ticket device list
Resetting the device list is particularly useful if you have registered older devices that you no longer use.
- In advance: You can only reset your device list every 60 days. So always pay attention to which devices you re-register.
- First open Sky Ticket.
- Then click on Login at the top right and enter your customer number or email and your PIN.
- Then go to My Account in the overview . If you are on the Sky website you must first navigate with your mouse on your user name and then click on My Account .
- Then open the menu item Registered devices .
- Now you can tap on Reset device list and confirm the selection. Your device list will then be relieved.
