Skyrim: Level up quickly - the best tips
If you want to level up quickly in the role-playing game "The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim", you have to level your character. You can do this both in-game and between missions. We'll show you the best tips to help you quickly increase your magic and movement skills.
Skyrim: Level up faster when fighting
The fastest way to level up your character is to fight strong enemies. Here you can train a large part of your skills in parallel.
- For example, use a shield on weak opponents and block the monsters. Don't kill your opponents right away, use the time to level the blocking skill faster with a few defense moves.
- While striking down an enemy with a Destruction spell, you can put a Restoration spell on the second hand, leveling two different abilities at the same time.
- Try to carry out attacks from sneak mode and level this ability in parallel as well.
- If you want to speed up your destruction skills even faster, buy a horse and attack it again and again. When the animal's life energy is at the end, wait a moment for it to recover and then continue.
- You can increase the illusion ability in combat by using an invisibility or silent spell at the same time.
Skyrim: Use run times to level faster
Since the Skyrim world is huge, you should also use the times for leveling when you walk to undiscovered places:
- For example, while running, you can increase your sneak ability by covering the entire route in sneak mode. However, be aware that you will not creep forward as quickly as if you are running with your character.
- You can also level your change skill faster if you use the "clairvoyance" or "healing" spell while running. The same applies to destruction, restoration and transformation spells.
Skyrim: Level up faster with training
At each new level, you can increase different skills against gold with different coaches up to five times:
- You will find the trainers in different cities and you have to address them. If the character you are looking for is a trainer, you can see this from the question options that are available to you. The most important trainers can be found in the following locations:
- In Markarth's residential barracks you will find Garvey, for example, who can teach you the ability to sneak.
- Near Falkenring, a little southeast of the city, you will find camps in the Angis Mountains and can be taught how to shoot.
- You will practice your speaking skills with Giraud Gemane in the bard academy in loneliness.
- You can upgrade light armor at Nazir in the Dark Brotherhood.
- Arcadia, the owner of the Whitewash Cauldron, trains you in your alchemy skills.
Level more skills faster in Skyrim
In Skyrim, one thing above all applies to faster leveling: learning by doing. Above all, this applies to the following skills:
- You can increase your alchemy ability by mixing various ingredients into potions at an alchemy table. If you use rare ingredients, the skill increases faster when brewing. For example, giant toes are suitable for this. You should therefore especially use the runtimes to collect many ingredients.
- Talk to people in the cities and choose answers that serve, for example, in persuasion. You can also improve your speaking skills when negotiating with sellers.
- Blacksmithing can be leveled while forging. To do this, buy as many iron bars as possible from a dealer and use them to forge different armor or jewelry, which you can then sell to the dealer again.
