Smartmobil: How to cancel your contract

You can cancel the contract with Smartmobil either with a notice period of four weeks at the end of the month or at the end of your contract term - depending on which model you chose when you signed the contract. We show you how it works.
Cancel the Smartmobil contract for the service world
You can cancel your Smartmobil contract conveniently via the service world, i.e. your personal customer portal:
- Visit the Smartmobil service world and log in with your access data.
- In the "Service" field, click "Cancellation".
- If you select "Cancel now" on the next page, the possible end of the contract will be displayed. Then click on "Next".
- Answer the question why you want to cancel your contract and then click on "Cancel now". As confirmation, you will receive an email that summarizes all important data such as the end of your contract.
Cancel your mobile phone contract with Smartmobil in writing
If you want to be absolutely sure, you can also cancel your contract in writing by post:
- In the letter, you should indicate that you want to terminate the contract as soon as possible. Enter your mobile phone number in the cancellation and at the same time request a written confirmation of the cancellation.
