Make smartphone speakers out of toilet paper roll
You can already make a small speaker for your smartphone with a toilet paper roll and scissors. Our instructions show you exactly how to do this.
Make a smartphone speaker out of a toilet paper roll
- Take an empty toilet paper roll and use the scissors to cut a gap lengthways for your smartphone. This should be inserted upright into the roll (see picture).
- The speaker is actually already finished. So that the roll does not tip over with your smartphone, you can simply lean on the structure. Alternatively, you can insert two pins opposite the slot to hold the reel and smartphone.
- Make sure that the smartphone speakers do not rest directly on the toilet paper roll. So the sound is muffled and worse instead of better.
- Tip: The sound gets even better if you use a longer kitchen roll. Do not attach them with pins, but with two large plastic cups, into each of which you cut a hole for the roll on one side.
In the next practical tip, we will show you how to use several Bluetooth speakers at the same time.
