Sound transmission to the stereo is not possible
In this case, different causes can be responsible.
- First of all, you should look at the cables and check that they are intact and correctly connected.
- In the case of the stereo system, the cable is usually plugged into a white and a red connector so that you can also enjoy stereo playback.
- While you connect the cable on the sound card to either the green connector or the orange line-in connector.
- Make sure that you have activated the "Line-In" option in "Control Panel"> "Sound" and that the volume is turned up.

- With your stereo system, you should make sure that you have selected the correct channel and that the volume is not switched off here either.
- There may also be a loose contact on the cable or the connections on the system are defective.
