The Federal Network Agency is responsible for advertising calls and spam SMS, among other things. The authority initiates an investigation into multiple complaints about a certain type of spam SMS. To report spam SMS:
- At the complaints office of the Federal Network Agency you will find a form for reporting unwanted SMS.
- Fill out the form carefully and enter all the data that you can read from the SMS.
- In the next step, enter your contact details so that the Federal Network Agency can contact you with any queries and results.
- Then send the form. Please note that the processing time may take several weeks.
