These are Sparda phishing emails
Phishing emails that are said to have been sent by Sparda Bank appear regularly, for example, to get secret customer account information or to spread Trojans and worms.

What to do when you receive Sparda phishing emails?
If you are supposed to receive an email from the Sparda Bank asking you to enter your data, it is certainly a bit lazy. In this case, you can do the following:
- Do not open the mail at all if you identify it beforehand as a fake mail with our tips against phishing mails.
- According to its own statements, Sparda Bank never asks its customers by phone or email to disclose personal data such as PINs or TANs. If this is the case in the mail, you should assume a fake message.

- As a Sparda Hamburg customer, you can report suspicious emails using the contact form. In this way, the bank can warn other customers and take legal action if necessary.
- If you are unsure about the authenticity of an e-mail, you can call customer contact at your Sparda bank.
- Some Sparda banks such as Sparda-Bank Baden-Württemberg, Sparda West, Sparda Hamburg and Sparda Nürnberg offer a service line at fixed-line rates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Other banks such as Sparda Hessen, Sparda Ostbayern, Sparda Berlin, Sparda Bank Südwest and Sparda Augsburg can be reached on weekdays at limited times.
