In haste and hurry, the PIN for the Sparkasse's online banking was entered incorrectly three times and access is blocked. In this practical tip, we will tell you whether there is still an uncomplicated solution to get your online account back.
Activate the Sparkasse online account again
If your online access to the Sparkasse is blocked, you still have exactly one attempt to remove this block yourself. Therefore, you should proceed with caution and calm: Because if you make a mistake while activating the account, your online account is permanently blocked.
- To activate your Sparkassen account again, you need a valid TAN.
- If you have your PIN and a valid TAN, register again with the Sparkasse online banking. You have to enter the PIN twice and confirm it with the TAN.
- If you made no mistake, your account will be activated again immediately and you can use online banking as usual.
- If you entered an incorrect PIN again during the activation attempt or the TAN was invalid, you will not receive another attempt. The online account with the Sparkasse is initially permanently blocked.
- To have your online banking access activated again, you must contact your Sparkasse directly.
