- Battery: If the battery of your Speedphone is quickly empty, take a look at this practical tip.
- Base busy: The error message "Base busy" is the most common error message. Open the "Settings" on your phone and switch to "Handset"> "Check company goods". Issue the automatic check there.
- Registration: If you cannot register the phone to the base, it can help if you disconnect the router from the power supply for approx. 10 seconds and then try again. At the same time, you should make sure that your router has the latest company software installed.
- In most cases it is sufficient to take the battery out of the phone for about 30 minutes and then try again.
- You should also check, as described above, whether a firmware update is available for the Speedphone.
- Speedport: Unfortunately, the Speedport router often has defects, which also leads to errors with the phone.
