Export Spotify playlists: how it works
You can export your Spotify playlists with just a few clicks. This works easily for Google Music and as a Word document. We show you the exact procedure in this Spotify article.
Export Spotify playlist as a Word document
The easiest way to send your playlist to friends is to export it as a Word document. The individual steps are also described in our picture gallery.
- Open your playlist in Spotify and mark all tracks with the key combination "Ctrl" + "A".
- All titles are now highlighted in blue. Right-click in the playlist and select the menu item "Copy HTTP link".
- You have now copied your playlist to the clipboard and can easily paste it into a Word document: either by right-clicking -> "Paste" or using the shortcut "Ctrl" + "V".
Export Spotify playlist to Google Music
With the "Portify" tool you can export your playlists from Spotify to Google Music. Unfortunately, this guide is very difficult to implement for beginners.
- First download Portify and extract the folder.
- Then download Git and Node.js and install the programs.
- To get Portify up and running, follow the instructions on the developer's website. To do this, scroll all the way down.
- Once Portify has started, you need to log in to your Spotify account and then transfer the playlists.
