Spotify doesn't start - you can do that
If Spotify no longer starts, this is usually due to a small problem. As a rule, the error can be solved by reinstalling the software. We show you step by step how to proceed.
Spotify has stopped working. Reinstall the program

- Open the Control Panel and select the "Uninstall a program" option under the "Programs" category.
- Search for Spotify in the list of installed programs and select the software.
- Click on the "Uninstall" button above and follow the further instructions.
- If Spotify has been completely uninstalled, you can download the latest version of Spotify and reinstall it.
Spotify does not start: Perform disk cleanup
Disk Cleanup deletes numerous temporary files on your computer that can cause problems.
- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter "cleanmgr.exe" here and confirm with "OK". Select your hard drive and confirm again with "OK".
- Wait a few minutes for the scan to complete and click "OK" and then "Delete Files".
- Then restart your computer should Spotify work properly again.
