Spotify doesn't sync playlists - it may be because of that
If the playlists in your Spotify Premium account are not synchronized, this can have several reasons. We'll show you how to solve the problem.
Spotify: Playlists are not synced
- Note: Spotify has set the limit for Tiel available offline to 3, 333. You cannot save more titles offline.
- Log out of Spotify and then log in again. This eliminates temporary errors.
- Uninstalling Spotify or the app also helps in many cases. Your data is retained, only the software and errors stored in it are deleted.
iOS / Android: Spotify playlists don't sync
Open the desired playlist in Spotify and activate the "Offline Available" button at the top.
- In order for Spotify to start the download, you need an active connection to a WiFi network. Downloading via the mobile data network is not possible.
- Spotify recommends connecting the smartphone to the power during the download. With a large number of downloads, Spotify can deny the process when the battery is low.
- If the synchronization does not work on the smartphone, you can use your computer to help. Connect PC / Mac and your smartphone via USB cable and start Spotify on both devices. On the computer you will now see the mobile phone in the left bar and can save and transfer the desired titles offline.
