Stardew Valley silo: Use
A silo is very easy to use, most of the steps are done automatically without your intervention.
- A silo can store up to 240 hay at the same time.
- When you have built the silo, the hay is automatically stored there.
- All you have to do is cut the grass on your property with the scythe (scythe). The grass is then automatically converted into hay and loaded into the silo.
- Click on the silo to see its contents.
- Each animal building has a dispenser that automatically pulls the required number of hay out of the silo. Without the automatic feeder, you still have to put the hay in the feed trough.
