If you have a problem with Steam, you can create a support ticket and contact customer service. In this practical tip, we will show you how it's done.

- First, open the Steam support site in Germany.
- Click here on the button "Log in to Steam", if you are not logged in yet.
- Now select a category that fits your problem. You can choose from games, purchases, the Steam client or your account.
- If you make your inquiry more specific, you will receive general help on your problem.
- Tip: Also look under the "Frequently Asked Questions" category. There are further solutions hidden here.
- If that doesn't help you, click on the "Contact Steam Support" button below.
- Now you can describe your problem as succinctly as possible. If you wish, you can put a screenshot in the attachment.
- Your support ticket is created using the "Submit" button.
- As a rule, you should receive an answer within 24 hours. In some cases, however, it may take a little longer.
