Stellaris: Improve influence - how it works
Influence is one of the most important in the later course of the game. To get more influence, you have to step back in the game every now and then by tearing down buildings.
- Every Stellaris outpost costs influence. The more outposts you build, the less influence you have. Therefore, you should deliberately set outposts. When you no longer need a building, it is often best to demolish it again.
- You can improve your influence by upgrading the buildings in your capital. The higher the level of the individual buildings, the more influence you have at your disposal.
- You can also gain influence through technological research. Research so that you always get enough "+1" bonuses to influence.
- If you mark rivals in the game, you also gain influence. To do this, you have to contend with at least 3 opposing species in order to gain around 2 additional influence points per month.
- Democratic governance also has advantages in the game. After an election you have to fulfill the mandate of the winner. For this you get 80 to 200 influence.
- You will encounter anomalies and other events throughout the game. Some of them bring you more influence, others come up with more resources.
